Firstly, why does the status page via logging into Idnet differ from the one 'outside' the customer login.
Secondly, why hasn't the status page (without the need to log on) been updated for over a week?
Am I looking at the wrong thing?
The 'outside' page has always been more limited. I see an update for the hostlink move today when logged on..
