Title: No connection this morning

Was unable to connect for an hour or so  from when I first tried at about 0530.(I did not make a note ofthe timing so it could wrong.) Noticed router was occasionally flashing red so checked all plugs were properly in - no result.went away had a cup of tea, then tried again at about 0630 and got connected.
Presumably idnet or the local exchange had an offline period

No issues here on gw6. I suspect it was a local issue.

It has to be local, Robert, unless it was the PPP light flashing.

I'm sure you are right about it being a local jssue. My exchange is Wem, Shrewsbury, 01939.

I don't have access to any outage info at the weekend, David, but if you email support, they'll check for you.
