Title: Kaspersky help
Post by: Den on Oct 23, 2009, 20:20:00
Since I changed to W7 and reinstalled Kaspersky I can not register it with my Reg No it just says that it has expired but there is still 148 days to go and it was a three computer licence. When I try to install the number it will not accept a 0 so I have had to register as a trial version. Any one else had the same problem with Kaspersky?

You might find some help here, Den:

Not sure how many Kaspersky users we have here now.

Sorry Den not tried yet due to the Postal Strike. I know KIS 2010 requires an activation code and is activated on line. Can you login to your account @ kasperky and check the codes and the current license status

Are they both the same version? I get confused between the two as 2009 has a key code not an activation code. I suspect your going to have to contact support

Strange. I'd have a look/ask a question on the Kaspersky forum.

I have just upgraded the wife's vista laptop to 7 home premium I had to re activate KIS 2010 .I went to my personal cabinet on the kaspersky web site and input the activation code (said it was for 2009?)listed there (and unexpired) and activated online without any error
