Just a quick thank you to IDNet support - BT replaced my failed landline phone line on Monday am, and on reconnection the line speed had dropped to 177 k (!). A mid-morning call to IDNet support, and they got BT to reset the line so I was back to 5 Meg by 13:30 the same day.
