It looks like there may be some residual issues after the central problems earlier this week, Pup. Give support a call on Monday.

It still amazes me that BT think that 600k is acceptable throughput for that profile!

Well been told it is a congested vp on my exchange and will be cleared within 10 days??  wouldnt that give me high pings?

I'm not sure to be honest. I suppose if everybody on the vp has  their max peak bandwidth reduced through equal sharing,
it may not impact pings.

What I find strange is that it is consistant, whether 3am , 10am, 11pm always around 2Meg
