I'm sure that'll come in handy for a lot of people. :thumb:
It's only of use if they upgrade to the top package
Would we settle for anything less? ;)
Yes. :)
We must be slipping then. ;D
I pre-ordered Home Premium from Tesco Direct, when it was at the bargain price. :)
You mean it was in their value range? :eek4:

Whats the general concensus of Windows 7? Any good?
Whatever you do, Vit, don't listen to anything Sebby says. ;)
Far better than Vista, and better than XP IMO

But will it be better than Linux?
I don't care - gave up after 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98.
I have a laptop with XP preloaded and it's so slow..... :comp:

Far better than Vista, not as good as Mac OS X Snow Leopard. And don't listen to Rik. ;D
;D
I've spent quite a bit of time with 7 recently and I'd say it's a major improvement over Vista simply because it's not the huge resource hog that Vista is. It also doesn't insist on DNA samples before allowing you to use it in the way that you want. It actually gave me the permissions to use my own PC. Put simply, 7 is what Vista should have been in the first place.
Why am I not surprised, Zap? :shake:
