What do those figures mean?

I'm on WBC, I get much better(?) figures than you for upload, ping and connects per minute.
BTW that ping is with interleaving switched ON. :blush:
But my download rate is much worse.

Why is that?

6263Kbps - but Plusnet (my ISP :) ) have just got BT to put me in for re-training (which started about 2 hours ago).

That would give you a 5M profile, so your speed is about correct. It looks like you are one of BT's WBC victims, I'm afraid. :( Another 4k of sync speed would up your profile to 5.5M.
