Hi geordieboy and welcome to the forum.

They are reset at the beginning of the month.

thanx for reply i use du meter should be on before 6 pm will have to wait to see when i transfer over to idnet

If you don't too much of an up to date useage meter, I find that the meter in your IDNet user area is about half hour or so behind.

Let us know rgt247 and geordieboy how your migration goes and also welcome to the forum.
