Well I hope its soon, I love IDnet, the customer support is the best I've seen. If this new central doesn't solve my latency issue I might have to move elsewhere and I really don't want to do that so fingers crossed.

Chatted to Simon briefly, ETA stands - End of the month for the new pipe to land. Nothing new to add to it, yes latency is being a *******, but there's little we can do aside from grin and bear it. It's 6 days or so, and hopefully then the problems should fix, if a central becomes borky, take tracert's that illustrate which one and mail them in to tech support so they know which one needs whacking hard with the lump hammer.
Oh, and find out what the link is doing from IDNet to Arbinet, there's some strange mojo going on there, mon.

Haha the forums yes but I've been on IDnet since October. I can't complain about the service for all that time but it hasn't been to the standards I had hoped. Customer service is flawless I can't complain there but latency has been a big problem for me and online gaming is the main reason for my internet.
