Perhaps off topic, however here goes. At the moment I am on BT's year commitment package. I am considering moving across to IDNet. However I cannot remember when the BT year is up, I've tried searching their web site and can't find the answer. Does anyone know if there is an easy way of finding out please?
find your bills and look for the quarterly periods, BT will often let you out a month early o long as there are no arrears on the account
BT wrote to me about a month before my contract ended, BB, so I just sent them an email via their website saying I didn't wish to renew the contract, and had a phone call from someone at BT about 5 minutes later asking me confirm this was what I wanted. Change over to Idnet went off without hitch on the date they said it would.
