3 is the best for for 3G  :o

They do have the biggest 3G coverage of all the UK mobile providers, and they are increasing that each week through MBNL with a target around 98% coverage. I'm sure there will be lots of complaints from people not wanting a mast near them, the same people also complain that they can't get a mobile connection too  :dunno:

It wouldn't surprise me, Glenn, though Perth and Todhills were fine. I've just been checking the coverage maps for our autumn trips and think I might need a Vodafone backup. ;)

It sounds like 3 have come on leaps and bounds over the last few years. In their early days, it was virtually unusable.

Well, 3 don't actually manage their phone network anymore, Ericsson do. Ericsson have also recently signed up Vodaphone and T-Mobile to manage their networks too.
