Post by: gyruss on Jun 06, 2009, 18:14:32
My router is:

Linksys WAG54GS  and in the dsl modulation dropdown it does indeed display ADSL2 and ADSL2+.

But will it work? u think?

It's hard to say as yet, Gyruss, we haven't had enough people move to WBC to build up the database of 'known good' routers. We should have had a better idea by now, but BT messed up all the migrations for this week, so the majority have yet to move.

As for the phone, I moved across in April, no problems, no down time, just better billing. :)

I have two routers in the house, 1 which isn't in use is a Netgear DG834PN.  Thats kind of a backup router should the primary one fail :)

I don't want to upgrade and find both are not good for the service though as just buying yet another router may prove to be a pinch on the wallet right now.

The Netgear will be fine, it's the one router which has worked with all MSANs.
