They are simply offering WBC on enabled exchanges without charging the £12.65 setup cost, BUT will require a new 12 month contract.
The "up to 8Mb" now becomes " up to 20Mb" and the throttling stays as it is now.
Not very tempting.

It's an interesting admission about their own network that they've decided not to 'offer' 24M, isn't it.

Elsewhere they have said the full 24Mb would only be achieved by very few customers and the 20Mb offer will avoid confusion
Save them money more like!
It's like i'm living in outer Mongolia....a century behind the rest of the world and where hot, milky coffee comes straight from the goat sharing your yurt.....and yet i know they get better broadband speeds out there. Still, the coffee tastes better here.
