I'm a new customer just transferred in, hopefully IDnet will live up to their thinkbroadband rating :)

I transferred from Zen Internet who offered a near faultless service for 3+ years, but I was attracted by the price of the Home SuperMax package (Zen's nearest equivalent is £52/month). I find the enhanced priority makes a noticeable difference to my download speeds (although it may just be alleviating some 'exchange congestion' for me).
