even just a page refresh gave an error, all lights ok on router too.seems faster now though :dunno:
Has the sync speed changed?
no all looks fine
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 36.0 db 18.0 db
Noise Margin 8.2 db 23.0 db
All I can suggest is that you give support a call, Baz, and they can look at the line for you.
ok will keep an eye on it too Rik.Thanks
Strange, the log doesn't reveal anything. :dunno:
Later Netgear firmware stopped recording re-syncs, Seb.

I had a nightmare with the Latest DG834N Firmware multiple SSID's sounds great timed wifi is great so its off when you do not need it, but when you add encryption and you cant log onto the damn thing as it does not broadcast its SSID when set to....Grrrrrrr reverted back to the previous, such a shame as the new features were great

I wonder who came up with that great idea. ::)
I really don't know, I reported it as a bug, but they said it was a 'feature'. ::)
Ah, the old bug = feature excuse. ;D
;D
Yes, it's a common wriggle, isn't it. :)

By page errors, do you mean page not found? I've been having slow look-up problems on and off all afternoon, so just came to the forum to check whether anyone else is experiencing the same. I changed one PC to OpenDNS and the problem went away, but remains intermittently for my IDNet DNS machines.
yes it was page not found errors or what ever firefox calls it
