Can't vouch for the others, although I don't doubt iDNet are pretty good. Demon support though depends on which monkey you get. Some are OK, but it's really luck of the draw.
Note that this is about "email support".
Methodology is a little suspect, I feel, so IDNet were really joint first. :)
I have posted a comment, they can't even apply their own scoring system.

In my experience it's much the same with Demon if the signatures are anything to go by. Admittedly, perhaps not the most accurate indicator, but I think the point still stands. Their live chat support is the same.
Now they need to do a follow up survey using a current customer. Some companies are far more attentive to prospective customers than they are those who are tied in for a year or so. Getting a response from Tiscali was nigh on impossible when I was with them some years ago.
