I have just tried to access my emails via the webmail link http://webmail.idnet.net.uk I can't access it. The password/username are correct, anyone else having email problems?

Webmail is something like this (http://www.fastmail.fm) which,arguably, is preferable to your ISP's offering.

I knew, really, William, I just never use the webmail interface - unless I'm stuck on the road with no access to an auth-smtp server. :)
