Found out my router died last night.
Whilst i had a spare to hand, i did not have my username to put in new one. Nor could i access email which i had archived a while back with login details as my daughter kindly broke one of the pins on the power pack for my external HD where my back ups are(£25 now to replace that)
Anyway email from work to support at 08:31 requesting info. 08:33 Mail back with all details.
Nice one guys and thanks

Great service. :)
It's been an awful day. I have wrestled with some tortured technical issues, unconnected with IDNET, or the budget. In the end the firm concerned has not done a bad job, but I credit some of that to my friendly manner. I tuned in here for some Rikicism to end the day on a positive and I found instead two customers giving IDNET unsolicited credit for some excellent customer service. What better way to ride a recession. They say small is beautiful, but really, it's smart that counts. Now let me digest that budget speech......

Couldn't agree more, iDNet's customer service is superb. Problem is that in a recession the majority go for 'cheap'...... :shake:

Now
that has to be worth a karma. ;D
Oh, now you've done it, Dave! ::) ;D
;D
:hehe:
Definition of Rikicism: a humorous play on words or wittycism; a pithy analysis of world events or criticism; to drive out broadband demons as in an exorcism; a preoccupation with noon-time sustenance or lunchism; a fond reference to the superior sex or femicism; and to work around a delicate point as in circumcism.
I'd say that's Karmicism! :thumb:
:iagree:

Gets my vote. :thumb:
