Title: Peaky Ping Times

my Pings havent been that stable resently it seems as though they fluctuate
and generaly get worse the longer the router is on

Sorry Matt, but I only know the very basics on this.  Have you rebooted the router?

yea thats after a reboot left it off for ten min and allowed it to resync

Currently useing a netgear DG834PN

Hi Matt

The certainly look a bit spiky. You say interleaving is off, but you apparently have 12db target noise margin, which suggests line instability, and that may be behind the problem, especially as you say it gets worse the longer te router is on.

Have you done an internal wiring check?

If all is well, then download and run PingGraph:

That will give us a more accurate indication of what's going on.

i will proberly get interleaving turned back on though the low pings have been benificial in games
