Title: IDNet Customer Feed
Post by: Moonshine on Apr 02, 2009, 22:18:37
Hi all.

I have recently clicked on my IDNet Customer Feed, only to see a warning notice at the top, with an exclamation mark (!) stating "This feed no longer exists".  I tried refreshing, but the warning still appeared.  I then visited IDNet's website, to see if I could perhaps download the feed again, but couldn't find it.  Am I going mad?! (The latter question was rhetorical, by the way).

Many thanks.

Moonshine.

The feed is working fine for me :)

To find it again, log into the customer area and then near the bottom on the left hand side is "Updates Via RSS".  ;)

Thanks Lance!  Re-subscribed and it now works perfectly!  Maybe the old one just expired???!!

Glad it's working now!

I don't think it expires, but I could be wrong. Certainly wouldn't be the first time  ;D

It's probably just one of those strange computer niggles. :)

I went through a similar experience, it just stopped working for no apparent reason. I wonder if Martin has been making changes to the system.

Martin has changed the feed, so everyone is advised to delete and re-subscribe.
