I'm trying to login to my account but the hourglass just goes on and on.
Is there a problem?
It lets me log in OK Lona
I can't login either. I'm on .gw5.
Login not working for me either. On dsl4.
Also https://www.idnet.net/support/status.jsp is not working.
Same for me :( not that I need to access it atm. Thought i'd try though i'm on gw6
Still can't login. I'm .gw5 as well
The 'network status' in the help section is not responding either.
There must be a problem with... something. :) I've sent an email to support, and put a call in, but I don't think this can't really be classed as an emergency, so unless it's a quick fix, we may not see a resolution till the morning.
It's getting near to the end of the month and I really wanted to know if I am over 30gig or under.
I wish Idnet had a free overnight usage like other isps. :(
Do you not get an email letting you know your approaching you allowance? sure I read that somewhere although may have made that up...
Yes, you should have received an email notification if you're nearing your allowance, Lona. It may just be a blip with the server, so it might be worth trying later, especially now I've alerted IDNet to the problem.

I guess the answer to that is that uploading is free, so you get the full 30Gb download allowance, which you wouldn't get with other ISPs. Swings and roundabouts. :)
Hi there, I've given the login server a nudge and it seems to be happy again. We'll investigate the cause in the morning.
Cheers
Simon
Just another thought, Lona, I believe you can use an RSS feed to monitor your bandwidth allowance, but don't ask me how, as I don't use it myself.

I used to fish for Sticklebacks in Wilton Park
Thanks Simon, you must have given them a good nudge as it's working again. :thumb:
Simon (from IDNet) responded within about 7 minutes of my report - not bad for a Sunday evening! :thumb:

I live about 10 minutes walk from Wilton P, above the woods near Bagshaw Museum.

I was there in Autumn and the boat club were in attendance then as well.
