When 'unlimited' doesn't mean 'without limit' ?

MrSaffron posts (http://tinyurl.com/oq6k6) an interesting snippet on AG. As ever his views are useful and well balanced...if you haven't followed much in the archive and are interested in BB at all I would recommend going back over the last few months and read his posts...All good stuff.

 Until wholesale DSL prices come down, we may see people plumping for quaility ISPs rather than those offering massive allowances yet nothing else in the form of quality of service, CS, freebies such as webspace, email and multiple IPs ... interesting times ahead ;)

I believe Mr Saffron's article to be most salient. 

However, Jeff, surely that will only mean the discerning punter will plump for a quality ISP, i.e. one who can be bothered to see past the initial bang/buck ratio that the bigger services with TV based marketing appear to offer.
