Title: My sync!!?! =O

Well

Just checked my router page..

from 8000kbps or whatever (8125 or something)

has now gone to


4160 kbps

As the chuckle brothers say... "Oh dear Oh dear Oh dear"

Seems that's your problem, try re-booting the router.

It looks like a burst of noise caused a re-sync, but that noise source has now disappeared. Your normal sync should return following a reboot.
