Since I joined idnet my payment is taken automatically each month from my CC. Today for the first time I received an invoice asking me to pay my bill by 6th March.
I'm wondering could there be a problem with payment not going through? I've never ever received an invoice in the past.
They updated the invoicing system yesterday, Lona. I've always had a bill a couple of weeks before due date, but the only thing I can advise is to give support a ring on 0800 0267237 to check.
I've just logged into my account, Rik and checked my payments. It states March payment is paid so I think it will be ok. It was just unusual to receive an invoice as I've never had one in the past.
It may be just the new billing system then. :)
I have checked my Invoices. I also pay by CC. My date is the 15th of every month.
There is a "paynow" option not sure why as the Invoice says will be taken automatically on the 15th as normal ?
This by the way is the same as every other month nothing has changed recently.
As I said, Rich, IDNet 'improved' their accounts system yesterday. :)
I can't see what has changed the "Pay Now" option was there last month and every previous month.
As long as the payments are taken on the same day each month I have no problems. :angel:

i had seven billing statements yesterday, 6 of which were not mine, phoned idnet this morning ,Simon said they had a glitch in the billing system and to ignore it.
I got a lot of them, it keeps me happy ;D Thanks Idnet ;D
