It's really a war isn't it? Measure and counter-measure. MS will penalise the many for the few, and eventually, we'll be so unhappy that we will buy Macs or move to Unix. MS should remember what happened to Sony with their audio CD fiasco.

Indeed, that finished my love affair with Sony.
But they won't care..............if you read that patent application it means that IF ANYONE develops software that can be said to be an operating system
for a computer (or computer like device) then M$ automatically have the right to own it/claim patent on it.
Which is hopefully why the patent will never be granted. Has anyone told Apple?
