Is it possible to get rid of, or disable Real's message center while keeping Real intact please?

as in realplayer? you can disable it and not subscribe to any messages, it never bothers me at all, i also turn off all settings like let sites add software and send usage to real basically I castrate it, i would use real alternative but i like the download of flash content feature for youtube ;D

I would be tempted to uninstall realplayer and install the Real Alternative instead. It's much less annoying piece of software.

I would agree apart from that feature built in its a pain, if the BBC did not use real player for audio I would not even use the alternative player

RealPlayer is one of those bits of software that got more and more bloated. Slightly off-topic, I know. :P
