Hi, Do idnet do a phone and broadband package? I see on the website for a package but im wondering if it will take over from BT line rental?

Hi stu. If you transfer the phone to idnet, you will pay them the line rental and not bt.

I've been on the package for maybe 5 - 6 months perhaps, been brilliant had no issues at all with it, best thing is not having to deal with BT. Last time I racked up £80 of mobile phone bills trying to get them to solve an issue.

I have 2 lines with them and 1 has an adsl connection.

rental is a bit cheaper than BT.

I don't make any calls over landline (use voip) so afraid they make very little out of me for line rental.

But as a consolation i do have the supermax package :)

so far very very satisfied, No problems at all with the service (touches wood).
