Our new Central (into BT's 20th Century Network) and the new 1Gbps Host Link into the 21st Century Network (for up to 24 Mbps ADSL2+ services) are scheduled to go live tomorrow. In preparation we will be connecting a new router to our network today. Whilst we bring the new router into service some users may experience some intermittent routing issues - please accept our apologies in advance for any disruption this may cause, we will endeavor to keep it minimal.
We will then start beta testing the new ADSL2+ services next week with the view to rolling-out to all users who are connected to 21CN exchanges within the next few weeks. We will keep you posted on our progress.

UPDATE FROM IDNET:
The final stage of the new circuit installation is now due to take place later today (Friday - scheduled for completion by 2pm) which may cause some disruption to some customers whilst we re-balance our centrals. Again we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and will endeavor to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum.

Dear Customer,
We are expanding our network and services today. Our new Central (into BT's 20th Century Network) and 1Gbps Host Link into the 21st Century Network (for up to 24 Mbps ADSL2+ services) are scheduled to go live at lunchtime. Some customers will get disconnected momentarily at approximately 1pm when the new connections go live. Your router should automatically reconnect, however if it doesn't it may require a reboot. If your router doesn't reconnect within 5 minutes or so after rebooting, then please power down your router for approximately 30 minutes which should reset your connection at the exchange. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
