Looks like OFCOM might (fianally) be getting off its backside ..?

Why not make them comply now, I wonder, rather than give them another five weeks? It is nice to see Ofcom doing something for us for a change, though.
Oh I am sure Pipex will be shaking in their boots at that. ::)
Still, as you say Rik, better than nothing for the poor old customer.
If only they knew where their boots were, In. ;)
It's nice to finally see Pipex warned!
Heartfelt, Seb?
Oh, absolutely.
I managed to escape just before they really turned bad, but I had to wait five days for my MAC, and only got it after a phoned reminder.
I was unfortunately still with them when they were really bad. I think I got my MAC reasonably quickly, though.
I was with Pipex at the very start of dial-up internet. I found them arrogant and disinterested and quickly moved on. :)
It warms my heart to see that, but instead of giving them another 5 weeks to take advantage of people i wish ofcom would make an example of the big buisnesses who laugh at the law, pipex being one of the best at it, and yes i am speaking from personal experience
Me too, Stirling. Why on earth have they been given an extra five weeks when they should have been complying months ago. It makes no sense.
Maybe im just vindictive, but it took me a year to get away from them and they still owe me money for extra money they took out of my bank account, ofcom didnt seem interested so ill be watching this space and hoping they finaly get whats due to them, and i dont mean an extra £24.99 a month
I'm with you. :thumb:
