Not directly, but go through:

http://www.hidemyass.com/

and you'll get there. I'll drop support a note.

Thanks Rik.

I'm a little reluctant to risk my card details on hidemyass.com as well as my wife though!

Hopefully, it will be sorted by Monday if you can wait that long. I'm on DSL4, btw, so it's not the gateway, probably a DNS issue (so you could try switching to OpenDNS...).

Tried - didn't help. The resolution to IP address looks OK but the route goes dead.

Thanks

Just tried:

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

It can't find the site either, so I think hidemyass must have been using a cached copy of the site.

The 's' is important! At least to my beloved!

I tried downforeveryoneorjustme and it said it was just me. Most things are I find.

Interesting, Alf, it appears to be in the right 'ballpark' but the original URL does come up through the proxy.  :shake:

Thanks, Danni. The site appears to be working directly again now, as well as via your proxy.  :thumb:

It's fine here - might be worth clearing your cache. Have you any security software which might be blocking it?
Title: Re: www.allsaintsshop.co.uk
Post by: mogden on Dec 09, 2008, 09:05:13
Cleared cache, flushed DNS, tried it on Google Chrome (excellent IMHO!) and Frirefox and all fail. Tracert still ends up starry whether I'm on IDNet DNS or OpenDNS.

I have contacted support now. My wife has an offer with them that runs out today so here's hoping!

By the way, many thanks DANNI for the use of your proxy last night (oooh la la)  :karmic: - sadly it doesn't allow https: or I could have done the transaction that way.

Prepare for bent ear Matt.  :shake:

For those with a high boredom threshold, here's what tracert gives:

C:\Documents and Settings\matt>tracert www.allsaintsshop.co.uk
