The addons from Mozilla's (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/) own secure addons site are tested before being released and will be safe

Still had me checking my greasemonkey addon for legitimacy despite me only getting addons from mozilla - it doesn't hurt to be careful :)
