Title: CoD5 server up
Post by: Myst on Nov 12, 2008, 20:14:04
Hi

I know some at least have received their games in advance (gits )

I have set our server up running Hardcore should anyone want to pop in and test drive it.

Got my copy this morning. I reckon it is is as good as CoD 4, but I don't play online though, my pings are far too slow with interleaving turned on :shake:

You are missing out on a lot Kimmel if you don't play on line.
What sort of pings do you get as we often have guys play with pings in excess of 100 and they seem to manage in the main ok

We're also running one now 81.19.223.128:29000.  Hardcore.

Several of our members are having no end of problems installing and running this game however.  Mine worked OK after installing a DirectX 9c update.

Others have had BSoD crashes and have totally given up with it.  This is a shame and Treyach need to get fixes out pretty damn quick
