Post by: Simon on Nov 09, 2008, 11:31:31
...2009?

I have heard that Windows 7 will the finished version of Vista, or rather what Vista should have been when it was released.

It's what I've believed from the outset, Glenn. I've always had the feeling that Vista was released because of market pressures rather than when it was ready.

There is quite an interesting blog about Windows 7 here :-

Quite a few of the people writing are well known in the Windows field but are not associated with M$.

From what is written it certainly looks like it is Vista revamped.
