I know Rik has posted this site before, but for anyone who might not have seen it. Check out 'MyMemory' 4 GB cards as well ;)      http://www.mymemory.co.uk/SD-Cards/MyMemory/MyMemory-2GB-133X-SD-Card-%28Secure-Digital%29

The first SD card I bought, Brian, was 1GB and cost £70.  :shake:

Yes, prices of memory and ext' hard drives have dropped drastically these past 3 or 4 years, good news for us,   just as well, as you know, camera's with 12 megapixels etc. taking up a lot more memory, especially if you shoot in the camera's Raw format. Think i'll order another two cards.

I've got mainly 2GB cards, with a couple of 4GB ones, and one 8GB. 16GB is rapidly becoming more affordable, but I tend to feel they are only of significant advantage to those shooting video.

True, I tend to use mainly a few  1gb or 2gb cards instead of 4gb plus, If you loose one 2gb card full of pic's it's bad enough, but loose an 8gb card full of snaps while on holiday or whatever!!!  :bawl:
