Title: powerline networking
Post by: neocr0n on Oct 27, 2008, 21:49:23
I've been on wireless a few weeks now and as a gamer I'm not quite sure its for me.

My latency is around 45 to most UK servers from the North East of England.  It's not THAT bad, still all my games feel quite choppy and laggy despite the reasonable ping.

That said I was hoping some people on these forums could point me directly to what I need when it comes to powerline networking?

Ebay link, amazon link anything like that.  Would 2x85mb be enough?

Thanks,

Plenty of places sell them, Solwise give a guide (http://www.solwise.co.uk/net-powerline-intro.htm) to it all.
