Because as far as I am aware today is a normal working day. I have had no broadband since 1 December and I don't think it's good enough that I cannot speak to anyone to chase this fault this week.

Don't know why they are not answering you now,I would have thought 27/28/29 were all normal working days.
Simon was on here earlier and will no doubt see your post,maybe that will sort thiings for you.
well 27th and 28th I got 'office is closed' message and today it just rings and rings. I've tried leaving a message on the fault line too!
Try email. Simon has responded to me at 4:34am before now.
Afterthought: by no broadband, do you mean you can't sync? If so, the problem may be with BT shutting down over Xmas.
