Title: Help, Speeds down to 41KBPS

Have just run the BT speed test it says my profile is set as 5000KBPS and my download speed is 41KBPS. I know it is Chrismas Eve and my line is retraining but should i be geting such low speeds ? Do I need to restart my router ? Thanks in advance

You could try leaving your router off for 30mins - that often sorts out these kinds of problems. Failing that, im afraid its proberbly a waiting game, either something on your line or something at the exchange is causing it ;)

Doubt its congestion, as it doesent usually result in such a low speed!

Sunday, 6pm is a good time not to run a speedtest. :)
