Many of the programs just weren't that good, as I recall.
A fairly large percentage of the programs had bad reports from users, ie more bad than good. I didn't feel able to recommend the software in the light of the reported installation and operation problems being highlighted.
A useful link. Something handy might pop up. I suppose a bit of research in the program is advisable first. :)
