When I click on the 'Go Down' link it no longer works. I've tried it on other web pages which have links to another point on the same page and that doesn't work either although links to new pages still appear to work okay. I've not been changing any settings lately, anyone got any ideas ?
It's working fine here, John. :(
Have you tried clearing your cache (though it really shouldn't be that)?
No that didn't work but I did install IE8 about a week ago and although it has been working fine until today I'm sure this is the cause as it works okay in 'Opera'.
Works fine in SeaMonkey, John.
It doesn't work for me until the whole thread has loaded, otherwise no idea, sorry
I've just tried it again in 'compatibility view' and it's okay again. Strange though that it has been working okay without 'compatibility view' until today though ???
Very strange, John. I can only think, as you say, that IE8 has caused it, though it's curious that it worked fine until today.
I wonder if it could be anything to do with the SMF patch, which was applied yesterday? It does seem a bit of a coincidence.
That's a point... Although I just tried the site in IE7, and it worked fine (and that was clicking "go down" before the page had finished loading).
IE8 does seem to be something of a different animal.
Lots of bits and pieces don't work in IE8.. we will get used to it in time.. ;D
These days, Ann, I find lots of bits and pieces don't work anywhere. ;D

Maybe if we got together we could build one functioning body, Rik  Might scare Sue and Justina though >:D
We'd need to borrow bits from some of the youngsters, Gary. ;D
:hide2:
Good idea, will all younger members of this forum please complete one of these (http://www.cambridge-transplant.org.uk/program/donors/donorcard1.jpg).
Please feel free to add any other bits not mentioned on the reverse (http://www.cambridge-transplant.org.uk/program/donors/donorcard2.jpg), no offers refused (providing they're in full working order) ;D
:hehe:
Looks like its a go for body parts, Rik. So who's first? Sebby ;D
I've got my eye on Sam, Sebby & Lance. >:D
