It does not send volume signal. So you may need to keep swapping remotes/changing volume if you use optical.

Tried 3 which does v good Wifi Calling but cr*p mobile in rural area.

Switched mobiles to BT.
VoLTE and Wifi Calling both work on non BT phone.
Mobile is good enough if needed.
Still keep a £5.00 / month account with Tesco Mobile for where EE/BT is not available. ;D

If it's just a stereo lead, the black line probably indicates left or right.  As long as you make sure both ends are in corresponding channels you should be fine.
If you plug them in backwards, all the speech also comes out sdrawkcab.  :whistle:

The wifi calling seemed trash. :P So I made sure to turn off wifi when phoning.  :laugh:
