I very seldom use webmail, but I iirc the username is the same as for the Customer Portal, but I'm pretty sure the password isn't, and for the life of me I can't remember what it is
How can I recover/reset it?

(Mail isn't Apple's best app, I think they use it to give apprentice programmers something to practice on

I was asked to re-enter my passwords on all three accounts, but I needed sleep more than I needed email so I left it until this morning, but it's OK again now.
