First post here, so go easy on me ;)
I'm getting bad packet loss at the moment, but it's something that I've seen before with other providers and seems to coincide with having a red VC reported at my exchange.
Is there any point in raising a support ticket, or should I just sit it out until the VC is upgraded?

Give customer support a call they may be able to help.
If not at least you can see how fast they pick the phone up :laugh:
