Title: I had a billing issue
Post by: Barndog on Feb 19, 2008, 12:41:55
Being as this was only my second payment by direct debit, i thought that idnet were taken my payments out on the 24th of each month, to my surprise this morning i found that they had taken it early, it meant that 1 of my other direct debit payments had to be missed causing me to get a £30 bank charge because of this, i contacted Simon and he told me when the payments would be comming out, so as a token of good gesture he said he would give me next months payment free of charge, how good is that, not many other isps would do the same, i have definately made the right choice in moving to idnet

It's the kind of ethical approach we love. :) Didn't you get an email advising of the invoice?

IDNET.  More than a cut above the rest.  Perhaps the likes of Tiscali could learn from a real customer oriented company.  Better still perhaps IDNET could buy Tiscali. ;D

Once again, IDNet show that they're about so much more than making money. :)
