I have been unable to configure my Blackberry to work with my IDnet email account. I already have a Hotmail account working with it, and Pipex worked. I've tried asking IDnet customer services if there's anything odd about IDnet email accounts in this respect, and they have said no. But I still can't get it to work.
Any ideas, please?

Glad you sorted it - I was just suggesting below, before your second post, to re-enter all the detalis...
I don't have a blackberry so can only offer limited help I'm afraid,
All I can suggest is that you try re-entering all the details for the account, as IDNet operate the usual POP3/IMAP address like everywhere else. I use my Nokia N80 to pick up my emails over both wireless networks and the phone networks connection and have never had a problem.
