Title: service@ional SPAM
Post by: mikeporter on Dec 02, 2023, 16:37:29
Advice please. I get several emails per day on my idnet  account from xxx<service@ional.co.uk>  where xxx is variable e.g. Boots, B&Q,Currys etc.
Any idea how I can block them? I have tried a webmail filter with the header = From and the value = service@ional.co.uk. But that doesn't work.
I have solved the problem on my desktop client, Thunderbird, by writing a message filter with the same criteria. That works, but not on my Android phone or tablet ( unless I run the desktop before opening my gmail app on my tablet / phone).

Have you tried a filter with just @ional.co.uk (with nothing preceding the @)?  I've found trial and error can often work with these.
