Title: best android app for IDNet webmai?l
Post by: krysia on Sep 23, 2019, 15:39:50
I usually just use webmail on my phone, but now that IDNet seems to be grouping conversations by default, I can't access every message in each conversation - only one is visible on the phone.  What Android email clients work well with IDNet email accounts?   Another complication is that we have our own domain name, and email sent to that address is automatically forwarded to our IDnet.com accounts.

k9mail is worth a try. It does IMAP and POP3.

If you click the three horizontal lines and go to Settings > Mailbox View, there's an option to expand threads.  Does that help?

Not sure I understand the OP.

I have Gmail on my phone and it does exactly what the OP says when reading my idnet mails, but if I log in to idnet web mail via a web browser, all my conversations are separate and are downloaded separately when I use the pop email on my home pc.
???

Many thanks, Simon - that's sorted it!  I was looking for something to expand the threads and wasn't able to find it myself on the phone view.
