I think my DSL filter was iffy, so changed it, things seem stable now, but my speed has gone really low.
I never get much past 4/5mb anyway, but its not even 1mb now :(
Anyone any ideas ?
What are your router stats?

I knew Line Attenuation was bad, but thats way worse than it normally is ???
Do you know what your downstream was previously as looking at it now it's looking like a very long line and indeed you'd be better off profiled as adslmax. If it's suddenly increased by a reasonable amount that to me suggests a potential fault somewhere between router and the exchange.

Thats back to "normal" speeds. Must have been a fault somewhere along the line.. I never get fantastic speeds here, but better than dial-up ;)
It would be good if it stayed like that and the downstream margin reduced to give you a bit more throughput.
The line is still going on/off. I have noticed the router is causing wireless interference on the wireless phone, but aside from that, even when the phone is plugged into the wall direct, the line is still popping and clicking like mad. Going to change the socket later, but its looking like a BT visit is unavoidable now :(
