Title: Barclays online banking slow?

Anyone else having a slow access to online banking, or is it just me?

Yes Ben, looks like its on a go slow.


Tried via FF and IE.

Maybe they've got hard drive problems again.

If there are queues at the local cashpoints that'll be it.

I've just tried it and it took nearly a minute to get to the login screen.

I'd like to know why since they rewrote the site it refuses to retain my login details even though I have that check box option selected.

Pay day? Nationwide slows to a crawl if you time it wrong at the end of the month.

HSBC must be doing something right then, no slowdowns on FD.

Mine does.
I'd guess it's slow because they use something like a single HP Pavillion as a linux/windows 2005 server.  :whistle:

Yep and its using a Pentium 133
