Title: Is this upload speed normal?

Just curious, as other people with the same type of connection seem to boast nearly 1mbps upload speed. Soon I will want to start livestreaming, but I don't think that will be enough.

What package are you on?

That is looking normal for a standard adsl max line. Business packages and adsl2+ both get fast upload speeds.

Was wondering the same thing myself. just migrated from Talk Talk Business to Idnet today and my upload speed has halved :(

I am on the Home Lite package even though I signed up to the Home Plus package. Seems I was shifted onto this as we can only get ADSL Max at our exchange. However I was getting double the upload speed with Talk Talk so why am I now on half that speed?

You need to be on the Home Supermax package to get the higher upload speed of up to 832Kbps, you only get an upload speed of up to 448Kbps on the Homelite and Homemax packages.
