Noise on the line generally Baz. If it was just a quick burst, the the profile should recover on it's own accord.
If you stay up for 14 days solid, say 15 for safety, then reboot the router will your noise margin if its been put up should drop and you may gain a bit more speed, well it used to before WBC not sure if that still applies now, hopefully someone can say
Profiles seem to be recovering quicker on 21CN, we've big changes in 4-5 days.
A profile should recover in anything from a few hours to five days, Baz. Gary is thinking of changes to noise margi, which take 14 days+ per 3db step.

did a BT test at 2.30 and profile had dropped from 9000 to 6000 everything else was ok.just done another and its back up again :dunno:
